1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using synergystudiolabs.com, or by engaging Synergy Studio Labs for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Services Description

Synergy Studio Labs provides AI-powered application development, AI Visibility Optimization (AVO), consulting, and related digital services. Synergy Studio Labs is operated by Advanced Networks LLC, a California limited liability company headquartered in Thousand Oaks, California. Services may include but are not limited to: custom AI agent development, SaaS platform development, website audits, AVO reports, sales automation tools, and managed AI operations.

3. User Accounts & Sign-Up

When you create an account or engage our services, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

One account per person or legal entity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

4. Payment & Billing

Services are billed as described in your individual service agreement or proposal. The following billing terms apply:

  • Setup fees and one-time project deposits are non-refundable upon work commencement
  • Monthly recurring service fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period
  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice to your registered email
  • Late payments may result in service suspension after 15 days past due

5. Cancellation Policy

Monthly recurring services require 30 days written notice to cancel. Cancellation requests must be sent to israel.galindo@anwsol.com with "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months of service
  • Setup fees and one-time project fees are non-refundable upon work commencement
  • Data and deliverables will be made available for export for 30 days following cancellation

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our services utilize artificial intelligence technologies to generate content, recommendations, audit reports, and analysis. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs are provided as suggestions and informational resources only
  • Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
  • AVO scores, website audit results, and rebuild recommendations are assessments only and are not guaranteed outcomes
  • Actual search visibility, AI ranking, and traffic results may vary significantly based on factors outside our control
  • You should review all AI-generated content with qualified professionals before making significant business decisions

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of intellectual property is allocated as follows:

  • Your Content: You retain full ownership of your original content, data, brand assets, and proprietary business information provided to us
  • Our Tools: Synergy Studio Labs retains ownership of all proprietary AI models, methodologies, tools, platforms, and processes used in delivering services
  • Deliverables: Custom deliverables including rebuild packages, schema files, generated code, reports, and strategic documents become your property upon receipt of full payment
  • Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to reference your project as a case study or portfolio item unless you request otherwise in writing

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Synergy Studio Labs' total liability to you is limited to fees actually paid in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, loss of data, loss of business, or search engine ranking changes
  • We are not responsible for third-party service outages including AI providers, hosting platforms, or integration partners

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental and consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Geographic Restrictions

Services are available to users in the United States and approved territories only. The following restrictions apply:

  • Users located in OFAC-sanctioned countries are prohibited from using our services. This includes Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and Venezuela
  • We comply with all applicable US export control laws and regulations
  • We reserve the right to restrict access based on geographic location at any time
  • If you access our services through a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions, your account may be terminated

10. Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. All data is processed in the United States in accordance with applicable privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
